Racing

Wow we've had this blog up for long enough and i'm just posting for the first time! Our poster child, Conner, took first in a race this morning.  We had a booth up and helped sponsor the race.  The new labels are finished and the pictures will be up soon.  Stay updated for more info on Go Dough!

  1. I had someone at the race saturday, an iron man athlete didn't catch his name, ask me if I soak the chia seeds before. I guess they have an enzyme inhibitor like almonds and when they are sprouted it releases that inhibitor. So today I soaked the chia all day and I'm trying the texture in the Go Dough but I don't think it should be a problem. Go Dough does contain some water,( sorry it's not on the nutrition facts but it will be on the next run) Water helps the amaranth from pulling moisture out.

The coco-nut almond and coco orange flavors are made with sprouted almonds that are soaked in water 12 hours.

Go Dough should be stored in the fridge or freezer for best freshness.
