Good Clean Food: I've been in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years. My husband and I are firm believers in being active and eating clean. I created Go Dough with my active kids in mind, my diabetic dad, who is 79 and still very active, and a lot of persuasion from family and friends. They are all my inspiration and we are All in this together.

Go Dough Nutrition:

Go Dough was designed for athletic performance without skimping on taste so anyone can enjoy it especially if you like cookie dough! Go Dough is gluten free and is diabetic friendly which means it won't spike blood sugar and may help stabilize blood glucose levels.

Chia:

Soluble fiber in chia forms a gel in the stomach creating a barrier between carbohydrates and the digestive enzymes that break them down. This process slows down the conversion of carbohydrates into sugars, stabilizing blood sugars and improving endurance. This enhances athletic performance and is great for diabetics.
Absorbs 9 times its weight in water prolonging hydration and increasing absorption which results in greater electrolyte balance.
